Workshop tip: What does it say on the tyre?

In addition to the exact tread name, it also contains the key size information such as tyre width, rim diameter and the ratio of sidewall height to tyre width. Bohnenkamp Austria GesmbH has compiled all items from the wheel assembly sector in a separate product range overview. Over 55 pages, the new "Mounting accessories" catalogue brings together a total of 250 products, tools, machines and aids, some of which have been tried and tested millions of times in practice. The reference book will be published this week.

The Alliance 398 on agrotrucks in practical use

Using the truck on the field - contractor Holger Jäger was initially ridiculed for this idea when he equipped his first converted two-axle truck with excavator tyres from the Netherlands in 1996. But success proved him right. Today, the fleet of the medium-sized agricultural service company comprises six articulated trucks suitable for arable farming. In the harvest season, they drive on all axles with the powerful Alliance 398.
