For four days, our Bohnenkamp Racing Lounge situated directly next to the Nürburgring was a popular meeting place for our customers, dealers and partners. "Many of our guests enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the Grand Prix and took the opportunity to find out about our wide range of truck profiles," reports Mark Sobiech, our Key Account Manager in the truck sector. He is delighted with our successful participation in the ADAC Truck Grand Prix 2024. "Our heartfelt thanks go to all our guests and partners for the inspiring discussions and the shared enthusiasm for truck racing."
Speedline Truck rims: forged aluminum shone next to the race track
This year, we presented the forged aluminum rims of the SpeedlineTruck brand for the first time at the racing event. Available in the "Diamond" and "Mirror" versions, they offer all the advantages of a light alloy wheel in addition to their attractive appearance. We also presented outstanding truck tyre models such as the PRO SR80 and the PRO DR85 from Windpower, which recently proved their high performance capabilities at TÜV Süd.
Another highlight was the STR2 Max heavy-duty tyre from Sailun, which is an ideal complement to our range. Our presentation was topped off by a large number of other tyre models for various application scenarios.
Racing driver Dirk Behnke successful in the Sailun truck
Our long-standing customer Dirk Behnke provided the wow effect and some racing glamour at our lounge this year. He turned out to be an accomplished truck racer in the concurrent DTR/ADAC Mittelrhein Cup competition; with the support of our partner brand Sailun, Dirk drove from one success to the next and achieved one second and two third places in his Sailun-branded truck. With a pit stop in front of our Racing Lounge, Dirk thanked everyone for their support and attracted many guests to our exhibition area with his presence.
Our stand was also very popular away from the racing action: two wheels of fortune with attractive prizes, a Kröger tractor with Windpower tyres and a stylish VW Racing Beetle in Sailun design enticed numerous interested visitors.
All in all, the ADAC Truck Grand Prix 2024 was a complete success for us. We are already looking forward to next year!
